Saahil acts for several banks in structuring, drafting and perfection of securities including charges, debentures, guarantees and assignment agreements and advising them on related legal and enforcement issues.
Saahil has also handled various registrations of trademarks, industrial designs, utility models, patents and copyrights in Kenya.

Dennis Wamwea Muhindi is a partner at MWC Legal. Dennis has a deep background in the real estate and intellectual property service areas having worked in-house in two top tier Kenyan Banks, KCB Bank Kenya Ltd and The Cooperative Bank of Kenya Limited.
Dennis leads MWC’s real estate and intellectual property law practice in the provision of legal services in, among others, traditional real estate transactions and modern development project areas.
Dennis also has significant experience in intellectual property law having acted for both individual and corporate clients in protection of their rights.
