Grace Kimunya

Grace obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi in 2017. She undertook her pupillage at Wamae & Allen Advocates and later joined MWC & Company Advocates LLP as an Associate in the Firm.

She is admitted to the bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is currently pursuing her studies as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at an advanced level.

Areas of Practice

Her practice focuses on Real Estate, Banking & Finance matters including real property disposition and acquisition, property development, commercial leases and financing.

Grace has advised and acted for clients on corporate and commercial matters including Joint Venture and Share Agreements in venture capital funding.

She also has experience in Fintech including software assignment transactions, data protection policies in the financial institutions, mobile money lending and money transfer software applications.

Grace is fluent in English and Kiswahili.
