Saahil Patel

Saahil heads MWC’s, Real Estate, Banking and Finance, Fintech, Aviation and Data Protection Department. Saahil specializes in real estate and banking law. He has advised on a number of financing and securitization transactions whether acting for the borrower or lender. He also has a wealth of experience in aviation law having acted for international and local air operators with respect to leasing of aircrafts as well as acting as local counsel for international banks with respect to the sale of aircrafts by air operators in Kenya.

Prior to joining MWC, he was an associate in the Real Estate and Finance Department at Anjarwalla & Khanna Advocates between 2014 and 2018 and a partner of Mandla & Sehmi Advocates LLP.
