Saahil heads MWC’s, Real Estate, Banking and Finance, Fintech, Aviation and Data Protection Department.
Saahil specializes in real estate and banking law.
He has advised on a full range of transactions including high value real estate disposals and acquisitions, compliance and regulatory issues, due diligence, licenses, guarantees, renewals, project and tax structuring.
Saahil acts for several banks in structuring, drafting and perfection of securities including charges, debentures, guarantees and assignment agreements and advising them on related legal and enforcement issues.
Saahil has also handled various registrations of trademarks, industrial designs, utility models, patents and copyrights in Kenya.
He also has a wealth of experience in aviation law having acted for international and local air operators with respect to leasing of aircrafts as well as acting as local counsel for international banks with respect to the sale of aircrafts by air operators in Kenya.
Prior to joining MWC, he was the managing partner of Mandla & Sehmi Advocates LLP.

Dennis Wamwea Muhindi is a partner at MWC Legal. Dennis has a deep background in the real estate and intellectual property service areas having worked in-house in two top tier Kenyan Banks, KCB Bank Kenya Ltd and The Cooperative Bank of Kenya Limited.
Dennis leads MWC’s real estate and intellectual property law practice in the provision of legal services in, among others, traditional real estate transactions and modern development project areas.
Dennis also has significant experience in intellectual property law having acted for both individual and corporate clients in protection of their rights.
